Bread, cereals, pasta, fried foods, rice, bagels, donuts, waffles, chips, tortillas, sweets, etc. – these things are all loaded with carbohydrates (and if they are processed – refined carbohydrates and sugar) bet and I’m a million Monopoly dollars, they are the cause of 99% of the weight problem of population. I tell you, give all this stuff completely – I’m just telling you that this is probably the reason why the weight does not come from your frame. Here’s why:
