ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s visit to India will improve bilateral ties between two neighboring countries, his special adviser Tariq Fatimi said on Wednesday.

Speaking at a ceremony in Islamabad, Fatimi said the Kashmir dispute should be resolved in line with the aspirations of people of Kashmir and UN resolutions.

Prime Minister Sharif, who attended Narendra Modi’s oath-taking ceremony in New Delhi, is faced with criticism in Pakistan for not raising the issue of Kashmir in his press statement.
