How to become popular among friends
I am 27 years old, I show up on TV Every week, my website gets around 600,000 hits each month and I have thousands of fans. If that’s popular enough for you then read my article to know how to become popular among your friends.
Imagine that while walking in the street someone came and told you, “Hey don’t you know me!! I am really popular, i am the best football player here”
What would you think of that person? Won’t you think that its an odd way to approach someone? Now what if you were walking with one of your friends then he pointed towards someone else who was giving you his back and told you “Hey, you know that guy, he is really popular, he is the best football player in town”
The difference between the two situations is that in the second one you will surely become convinced 100% that this guy is popular and might even spread the word farther.
If you don’t quite get why the second situation is much more convincing then read How your friends influence you and Subconscious mind programming.
Becoming different is the first step to becoming popular
If you were looking at a basket of oranges and then found a red apple, won’t that apple draw your attention? of course because its different than all oranges that look alike.
The same goes for popularity, you can’t be popular before you become different. You must be that apple that stands out in the middle of the oranges so that people notice you easily.
Being different is a matter of being well known to be the best in doing something. For example if you are the best soccer player among your friends then surely people will know that you are different but you will only attract those who are interested in soccer.
In order to attract the biggest possible number of fans you need to dig deep into your skills and abilities then find something that appears interesting to the most yet no one can do it easily.
Once you find that thing you need to leverage it, increase it, make it more noticeable to people without telling them about it directly. Just as you saw in the beginning of this article, people hate to be told about things like that directly but instead they’d love to discover them themselves.
