Faisalabad Police encounter tortures Videos of dacoits

FAISALABAD: Three dacoits were tortured to death in resistance by the people while five persons received bullet injuries in an encounter at Dhanola Chak No.117-JB in the area of Millat Town police station here on Monday.
According to the police that three dacoits stormed into Mian Kaleem Karyana Store and attempted to commit dacoity but the shopkeeper resisted and raised alarm which enraged the dacoits. The dacoits opened indiscriminate firing but in the meantime the area people and shopkeepers of Dhanola Road gathered on the spot and they encircled the dacoits.

Due to firing resorted by the dacoits, five persons including two three shopkeepers and two passersby including Ghulam Murtaza, Muhammad Iqbal, Muhammad Yaqoob, Zeeshan Ali and Nasir Ali received bullet injuries and were rushed to the hospital for medical treatment. When the dacoits injured five persons, the mob became infuriated and the people overpowered the dacoits and severely thrashed and tortured them by beating them up with kicks, punches, sticks, iron rods and clubs.
Due to torture, all the dacoits received serious injuries and died on the spot, the police added.
The police told that the dead bodies of the dacoits have been taken into custody and dispatched them to the mortuary of Allied Hospital for postmortem.
All the killed dacoits are yet to be identified whereas condition of the injuries citizens is stated to be stable in the hospital, the police added.
Following the incident, hundreds of people staged a demonstration against Millat Town police over increasing trend of street crimes in the area.
The protestors chanted slogans against the area police and demanded strict action against the lethargic attitude of the Millat Town police.
Receiving information, Superintendent Police (SP) Lyallpur Town rushed to the spot and pacified the protestors by assuring them that action would be taken against the lethargic attitude of the police officials.
On this assurance, the demonstrators called off their protest and dispersed from the scene.
